Kate’s life was destroyed when she received the news of her dad’s suspected suicide. It stole everything from her, not just her dad. Although she has never believed the official reports, she has only ever had her gut instinct to dispute this. When distraction leads Kate to questions she cannot answer, she is offered a glimpse of evidence that she never thought she would find. Is Kate’s path just a desperate effort to escape depression, or has she found something that will re-write the events that she has been told?

Tim’s life has always been structured and inclusive, but a theft from his tribe has triggered him to make a bad decision, through the best of intentions. Now an outcast among those whom he loves, Tim has a difficult decision to make. Does he leave the only family he has ever known, or seek redemption by earning back their trust? When the only options are a path of isolation or a path of danger, there is no easy answer to to which is the better route. Which will he choose?

When life is framed and shaped by the presence of dinosaurs that never became extinct, it is sobering to realise that humans pose far greater risks. In a world where dinosaurs have always existed, lurk far more fiendish monsters!”
